Ingredients

Chicken Seasoning:

  • 12-14 chicken thighs, boneless

  • 3 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Vegetable Mixture:

  • 3-4 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced thin, any color

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

  • ⅓ cup water

  • salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Dash 14” Family Size Electric Skillet.

  2. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in the skillet.

  3. Place chicken skin-side down and cook without moving for 5–6 minutes until browned. Flip and cook another 6–7 minutes.

  4. While chicken cooks, toss broccoli, bell pepper strips, remaining oil, garlic, and Parmesan in a large bowl until well combined.

  5. Move chicken to one side of the skillet. Add veggies to the other side with ⅓ cup water. Cover and cook 15–20 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F and broccoli is fork-tender.

  6. Season with salt & pepper and serve this winner-winner chicken dinner immediately!
