Ingredients
¼ cup popcorn kernels
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 cups mini marshmallows, divided
1 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
Pop kernels in the Popcorn Maker as per instructions.
Line a large baking sheet with baking parchment and set aside. Coat a heatproof flexible spatula and two tablespoons with cooking spray. Set aside.
On the stovetop in a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. When butter melts, add 4 cups of marshmallows. When the marshmallows are almost melted, remove pot from the heat. Add popcorn and mix to coat thoroughly. Add peanuts and mix to distribute evenly. Mix in remaining 2 cups pf marshmallows. When the mixture has cooled slightly but is still pliable, mix in chocolate chips.
When mixture has cooled, use hands to form small balls of the mixture about 3” high and line them up on the baking sheet.
Refrigerate until firm, 1-2 hours.
Serve chilled and enjoy this poppin’ take on an ice cream classic!
