Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) beef patty

  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

  • 1 sesame burger bun

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Place the burger buns cut side down on Griddle and toast until lightly golden. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add the beef patty to the griddle and cook to your preferred doneness.

  3. In a small skillet over low heat, cook the egg sunny side up until the whites are set, and the yolk remains runny.

  4. If desired, add a slice of cheddar cheese to the patty just before it finishes cooking. Leave the cover open and let the cheese melt.

  5. Assemble the burger by layering spinach and the cheesy beef patty on the bottom bun, topping with the egg, and finishing with the top bun.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy a sunny side up start to your day!
