Golden and crispy — this classic waffle recipe comes together with simple pantry staples and cook up perfectly in the Dash Top-Pour Waffle Maker. A waffly delicious breakfast the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups milk

  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, add eggs, milk, and oil and whisk to combine. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined.

  3. Grease both cooking surfaces with a light coating of cooking oil, then preheat the Dash Top-Pour Waffle Maker. Pour ⅔ cup of batter into the Waffle Maker and cook until crispy, about 3-5 minutes per waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.

  4. Serve with maple syrup, fresh berries, and any other topping of choice for a waffly delicious breakfast!

Chef's Tips

  • Do not exceed ⅔ cup of batter per waffle — overfilling the Top-Pour Waffle Maker can cause batter to overflow.
