Ingredients
- ⅔ cup flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons espresso powder
¾ of a 1½-ounce white chocolate bar (standard size) or ⅔ cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions
Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar to a bowl and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, oil, and espresso powder.
Combine wet mixture into dry and thoroughly mix, then add chopped white chocolate.
Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker and grease with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Remove and serve this decadent dish with mucho mocha!
