Ingredients
- 1⁄4 tsp coconut oil
- 3⁄4 cup jasmine rice
- 1⁄2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄4 tsp sea salt
Green onions, sliced thin
Roasted cashews, chopped
Sesame seeds
Optional Toppings
Directions
Coat the inside of the Removable Pot with coconut oil and add rice, water, and coconut milk to it.
Cover and press “Cook” to begin cooking.
The Rice Cooker will chime to indicate that rice is ready. In the Removable Pot, fluff rice with a fork.
Transfer to a serving bowl and add desired toppings.
Add salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
Serve and get ready to go nuts for this sweet and savory side!
