Ingredientes
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup diced strawberries
Fresh strawberries (to garnish)
Fresh whip cream or yogurt (to garnish)

Instrucciones
In a medium mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl, add egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Combine wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and whisk just until incorporated. Gently fold in strawberries.
Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker and grease with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
To serve, top with additional fresh berries or whipped cream and enjoy a berry delicious treat!
