Homemade Cola Syrup

1. To make homemade cola syrup, pour 2 liters of cola into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer.

2. Cook for 18–20 minutes, or until reduced by half and syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Transfer to a glass bottle or jar for storage.

Shaved Ice

1. Place a serving bowl underneath and add ice cubes to the Shaved Ice Maker in batches.

2. Shave the ice to your desired texture. Once the bowl is full, drizzle cola syrup generously over the shaved ice.

3. Serve immediately and enjoy this treat that is soda-lightful!
