- 1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined.
Add rainbow sprinkles and mix to combine.
Preheat the Waffle Bowl Maker and grease the cooking surfaces with a light coating of cooking oil.
Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into the Mini Waffle Bowl Maker and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per waffle bowl. Repeat with remaining batter.
