Ingredients

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • ½ cup almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ⅓ cup white sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond meal, baking powder, and sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and oil until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until no clumps remain.

  3. Preheat the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and lightly brush the Cooking Surface with oil if needed.

  4. Add about 3½ tablespoons of batter to the Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

  5. Serve warm and top with your favorite toppings and enjoy – it’s proof that gluten-free can still be delicious!
