Instructions

  1. Whisk together beaten eggs, diced onion, diced pepper and grated Swiss cheese.

  2. Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker and grease with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the Mini Waffle Maker and cook for approximately 5 minutes.

  3. Add sliced or bite-sized pieces of ham to each chaffle.

  4. Serve, enjoy, and say “Cheeessssseee!”
