Instructions
Pour milk into Ice Molds and place on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze until solid, about 4–6 hours.
In a medium saucepan, combine thawed strawberries and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 5–8 minutes or until the mixture becomes saucy.
Remove from heat and mash strawberries with a potato masher or fork. Stir in lemon juice, tasting and adding more as desired. Transfer to a bowl and chill until cold, about 45 minutes.
Remove milk ice blocks from the freezer and let them sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly. Place bowl underneath and add ice to Shaved Ice Maker in batches.
To serve, add 1 tablespoon condensed milk and 1 tablespoon chilled strawberry sauce to each serving glass. Spoon shaved milk ice on top, dividing evenly.
Top with fresh strawberries, kiwi slices, and more strawberry sauce. Drizzle extra condensed milk over the top for a creamy finish.
Serve immediately and enjoy this berry refreshing treat!
