Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Ice cream of choice
Sprinkles

Instructions
In a medium bowl, sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk egg, milk, and melted butter until combined.
Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined.
Preheat the Mini Waffle Maker and grease with a light coating of cooking oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
Place finished waffles on parchment-lined sheet trays and freeze for one hour.
To assemble, pour out a layer of sprinkles. Add one scoop of ice cream onto a frozen waffle and top with another waffle. Press to attach them. Dip sandwiches in melted chocolate and roll in sprinkle to coat the ice cream center.
Serve immediately or freeze for later—it’s the ultimate chill treat with no cone required!
