Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just incorporated.

  3. Grease the PEEPS® Mini Waffle Maker with a light coat of cooking oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter onto the Mini Waffle Maker and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  4. Allow waffles to cool completely. Then use a kitchen knife or scissors to cut out the PEEPS® shapes from the waffles. Insert a lollipop stick into the bottom of the shape to create a waffle pop and set it aside.

  5. Prepare the marshmallow dip by placing PEEPS® and butter in a mixing bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until the marshmallows have melted. Slowly add the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a serving cup.

  6. Dip the PEEPS® waffle pops into the marshmallow dip and coat completely.
