Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Food coloring of choice, as desired

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add egg whites and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer on low to mix until frothy.
Slowly add in powdered sugar on low speed until it’s incorporated and mixture is shiny. If using, add food coloring.
Raise to high speed and beat until a mixture with stiff, glossy peaks forms.
