Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
¾ cup cream of coconut
1 teaspoon lime juice, optional
Pineapple wedges to garnish

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add pineapple juice and cream of coconut and stir to combine.
Pour into Ice Molds, evenly distributing the mixture. Freeze for 24 hours.
Place one ice block into the Ice Holder. Adjust texture knob to desired consistency. Shave ice into a serving bowl then repeat with remaining ice block.
Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges.
Serve immediately and enjoy the taste of an island vacation right at home!
