Waffled Pineapple with Coconut Cream

Instructions

1. Sprinkle the coconut sugar evenly over the pineapple slices.

2. Preheat the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and lightly brush the Cooking Surface with oil if needed.

3. Place one pineapple slice in the Waffle Maker and cook until soft, hot and caramelized with a visible waffle pattern.

4. Carefully remove and repeat with the remaining pineapple slices.

5. Bring a little slice of paradise to your plate by serving warm with a spoonful of coconut cream!
