INGREDIENTS


  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ⅔ cup creamy organic peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • banana and melted chocolate for serving

DIRECTIONS


  1. Melt the coconut oil , honey, peanut butter, and almond milk together and mix well.

  2. Add the eggs and mix again.

  3. Add coconut flour and baking soda and whisk to combine.

  4. Allow batter to sit 5 minutes and then pour 1/4 cups of batter into the Dash Mini Heart Waffle Maker.

  5. Top with sliced bananas and melted chocolate.
  6. Enjoy!
